Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns are subject to a flat €5 shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. Both amounts will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at avtentykastudio@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the address of the designated drop-off point, along with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As described above, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
