Terms and Conditions of Sale

Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered on our Shopify website.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

All our products are described with care on the website. Images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product.

Prices

  • All prices are indicated in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT included).

  • Shipping costs are added in accordance with our shipping policy.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over €50.

Orders

  • An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

  • We make every effort to prepare and ship your orders within 24 hours, from Monday to Saturday.

Payment

  • Secure payment is processed via Shopify Payments.

  • Banking details are never stored by our store.

Delivery

We ship within mainland France as well as to the following European Union countries:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.

Certain countries or specific regions may occasionally be unavailable due to carrier logistical restrictions or automatic shipping settings within Shopify. The available delivery options are confirmed at checkout.

Available shipping methods:

  • Colissimo (home delivery and pickup point)

  • Chronopost Classic (home delivery) and Chronopost Relais (pickup point)

  • Mondial Relay (pickup point)

Estimated delivery times:

  • France:

    • Colissimo: 2–4 business days

    • Mondial Relay: 3–5 business days

    • Chronopost: 1–2 business days

  • European Union:

    • 3–8 business days

All shipments include a tracking number.

Right of Withdrawal / Returns

  • In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

  • To return a product, please contact us at avtentykastudio@gmail.com.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

Warranty

  • Our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • In case of any issue, please contact us at avtentykastudio@gmail.com so that we can find an appropriate solution.

Liability

  • We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers.

  • Liability for any indirect damages is excluded.

Personal Data

  • Your information is used solely for processing your orders and related communications.

  • In accordance with the GDPR, you may access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

  • Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
